Visiting the Keynote and Apple Expo Paris 2004
Tuesday early in the morning we were heading with the Paris Metro to the Palais des Congrès for watching the Keynote delivered by Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing.

Keynote
The Keynote by Phil, was received with joy by the audience, and of course the new New iMac was not revealed until the last seconds of the show. Not the design to be expected, but a very surprising all in one system. Perfect for any desktop! Thanks Apple, we sure will buy this one.

Expo
After the Keynote we visited the Expo at Porte de Versailles, not the same location as the Keynote. It was easy to get there by bus (provided by Apple) or with the Paris Metro. The booth of Apple was huge (with a very soft carpet) and a lot of new New iMacs. A beauty with a beast (G5) inside.

Wifi
After the Keynote and Expo, many people want to E-mail or upload the pictures to their websites or friends. How to do that without Wifi media access at the Keynote or Expo? Not everyone has a Press-card to do so. To be prepared for a trip like this, at home we googled some Wifi-cafes in Paris.

HotCafé at Montmartre
We visited one of the Wifi-cafes from the Hotcafé Network. Its free to use and you can also order a drink or something to eat, while surfing. We liked Le Sancerre, 35 Rue Des Abbesses (Métro Abbesses). This cafe is near the famous Sacre Couer at Montmartre.
